Peter Biles is a writer from Oklahoma. He is the author of several books, including What the Tree Saw, Last November, Through the Eye of Old Man Kyle, Keep, and Hillbilly Hymn, with a novel and novella forthcoming in 2027. He is Assistant Professor of Creative Writing and English at Oklahoma Baptist University and a PhD student at Oklahoma State University. His writing has appeared or is forthcoming in dozens of magazines including Plough, The Dispatch, Dappled Things, RealClearBooks, Republic of Letters, Magazine Non Grata, Front Porch Republic, Mind Matters, and many others. His other interests include music, visual art, basketball, coffee, and college football.
