Peter Biles is is the author of two novels and three short story collections, including Hillbilly Hymn, Keep, Last November, Through the Eye of Old Man Kyle, and What the Tree Saw. His short stories, essays, journalism, and works of cultural criticism have appeared in dozens of magazines including Plough, The Dispatch, Dappled Things, RealClearBooks, Republic of Letters, Midsummer Dream House, Literally Stories, Mere Orthodoxy, The Gospel Coalition, Salvo, Front Porch Republic, Mind Matters, and many others. He is Assistant Professor of Creative Writing and English at Oklahoma Baptist University and is also working toward a PhD in English at Oklahoma State University. He strives to tell good stories, contribute to literary and cultural discourse, and make a positive difference in the lives of his students.
